Horizon® Parge Coarse Coat

The Horizon® Parge Coarse Coat is a durable, UV-resistant exterior finish that can be roller or spray-applied to add extra waterproofing protection to buildings. This pre-mixed, single-component system offers enhanced impact resistance.

Parging mix

Specifically formulated to be used with EPS, parging mix is often used alongside fiber mesh to create a durable, strong, and solid finish over the exposed portion of the form. Parging mix is typically used between the final grade of the building and the above-grade finish material.

NUBASE Parging Mix with Fiber Mesh

NUBASE Parging Mix with Fiber Mesh is a durable, trowel-applied cementitious coating designed to protect exposed EPS not covered by exterior finishes. When used with embedded fiber mesh, it provides added strength and creates a finished concrete look and feel.

EnviroDri Field Membrane

The EnviroDri Field Membrane adds a continuous, fastener-free layer of moisture protection to ICF walls, shielding them from rain, sleet, and snow. It’s permanently attached upon application and can be sprayed or roller-applied.

ExoAir 110 AT

Available in 6,9, and 12” widths. ExoAir® 110AT is an impermeable, self-adhered sheet designed to mitigate air infiltration/exfiltration, vapor transmission, and water penetration. Not only does this primerless application allows for faster installation time its reduced material weight minimizes fatigue on installers and can increase productivity.

Dymonic 100

Dymonic® 100 is a high-performance, high-movement, single component, medium modulus, low-VOC, UV-stable, non-sag polyurethane sealant. This primerless adhesion is a single-lift application without mesh, laps, or seams. It is a fast, UV-stable cure that is highly compatible with EnviroDri and insulated concrete forms

Peel-and-stick waterproofing

Nudura’s peel-and-stick waterproofing membrane is specifically designed for the below grade waterproofing or damp proofing of Nudura insulated concrete form buildings. All waterproofing membranes come with a silicone release paper that protects the adhesive side of the membrane.

Platon foundation wrap

Commonly used to waterproof insulated concrete forms, block walls, poured concrete walls, permanent wood, and existing foundations, Platon foundation wrap is designed to keep wet soil away from the foundation.

Big O drainage tubing with filter sock

Gun cleaner provides the perfect solution for cleaning and lubricating foam applicator guns and for cleaning foam from unwanted areas. In addition to cleaning uncured foam, gun cleaner can also be used to lubricate the foam gun’s components.

Low-expansion foam

Low-expansion foam can be used to seal windows, doors, and any other cracks or gaps in a building envelope without the risk of binding or bowing. This type of foam provides excellent thermal resistance and air permeance and has a natural additive to keep away insects and rodents.

Gun cleaner

This high-quality foam gun is compatible with most foams and is constructed from high-quality plastic and steel. Our foam guns feature a non-stick coated barrel and a needle that provide an airtight seal when not in use.

Bracing system

Bracing systems are specifically designed to help support the form system while the concrete is being poured, as well as the weight of the workers and wind loads. Similar to other types of scaffolding, bracing systems should only be installed by someone who understands all safety codes and regulations.

Rebar bender cutter

Used for cutting and bending reinforced steel used in the Nudura wall system, this rebar bender cutter comes with two cutting heads and rollers used for bending steel. Rebar bender cutters are capable of handling up to a #5 (15m) bar.

Hand saw

Hand saws make it easy to cut ICF foam and plastic and can be used with any of Nudura’s form products. This type of hand saw is compact, making it easy to store and transport from one jobsite to the next.

ICFVL -W and -CW

The ICFVL -W and -CW are used in conjunction with the ICFVL to mount wood ledgers to Nudura insulated concrete form walls. The ICFVL-W is used with 2x material and the ICFVL-CW is for use with LVL material.

ICFVL

The ICFVL ledger connector system is for mounting wood or steel ledgers to Nudura insulated concrete form walls. The system offers many benefits over traditional anchor bolting, including better on-center spacing in most cases, faster installation and no protrusions.

2″ and 3″ hex head screws

Both 2″ and 3″ hex head screws can be used on various applications on the jobsite; however, they are not suitable for permanent installation in an exterior application. Hex head screws are zinc plated and contain a floating steel flat washer.
